v0.3.18 Feedback Window Added and Offline Workspace Joining Enabled

v0.3.18 adds an in-app feedback entry and keeps refining shared-workspace joining plus file-workbench behavior in narrow windows.

New capabilities

• A new Feedback item in the avatar menu opens a separate non-blocking feedback window. Users can submit bug reports, requests, questions, and up to three screenshots directly into the QiuGe admin backend.
• Offline use can now join a shared workspace with a workspace invite code, which helps members who do not have a cloud account but still need access to a LAN workspace.

Improvements

• The Join Workspace entry on the login page now focuses only on the shared-workspace join flow instead of mixing in server creation and management paths.
• Local and remote file tables in the file workbench now adapt their column widths to the window size and keep manually resized widths.
• The website release-notes page now includes the latest recent versions, and the homepage update highlights were synchronized to newer releases.

Fixes

• Fixed a case where adding screenshots or shrinking the feedback window could clip the lower controls and make the form hard to complete.
• Fixed offline accounts still using the local offline-workspace identity after entering a shared workspace.
• Fixed cases where receiving images or files in LAN chat could fail to save correctly on Windows.
• Fixed oversized file-list columns in narrow windows that squeezed the content area.
