v0.3.2 The AI Workbench and Translation Stack Took Shape

v0.3.2 brought the AI assistant, translation, and update flow into the same release arc. The point was not a single headline feature, but a smoother chain of everyday actions.

New capabilities​

  • Added the AI assistant workbench with multi-model chat, streaming replies, history, a global floating entry, and image generation.
  • Added a Translation Agent with common language pairs, translation history, caching, and a standalone mini window.
  • Added out-of-app selection translation through a floating trigger or shortcut.
  • Added a prompt-library entry in Discovery for browsing, searching, copying, and reviewing image-generation prompt examples.
  • Added desktop auto-update with periodic checks during startup and runtime.

Improvements​

  • The settings page became a standalone route with a unified control and feedback model.
  • The AI assistant layout was rebuilt as a fuller chat workbench with a better sidebar, composer, and message actions.
  • Image paste, message quoting, inline editing, translation mode switching, and quick return-to-bottom behavior were tightened further.
  • File Assistant improved preview, open, rename, and delete flows across local, remote, and favorite objects.

Fixes​

  • Fixed cases where the AI assistant could not open correctly without desktop IPC.
  • Fixed inconsistent file-type icons, remote preview behavior, and favorite-object feedback in File Assistant.
